A: No. We do not maintain a wait list for our Luxe Four Season Properties at Westbury Pines Estates.

Q: Can I hire for custom landscape projects?
A: Yes. We offer landscaping services when available, contact WestburyPines resident to inquire for more info and availability. Starting rate is 8k for smaller sized residential parcels. Additionally, we offer custom mesh design as well as on-going seasonal landscape service options.

Q: Can I change the house on the lot?
A: We do not offer services to redo the landscape and layout of the parcel to fit different house to the estate.

Q: Can I do my own Terraforming/Landscaping?
A: You are welcome to place your own additional landscaping items as you wish. We're happy to assist with minor terraforming jobs related to Pools, Garden Items as long as a minimum of two weeks of tier remain at the time of your request.

Q: Can I Rezz a Skybox?
A: YES ✔ It must be between 2500 - 3000 meters in the sky.

Q: Can I Add more Prims?
A: YES ✔ Prim increases will be granted in the rare chance they are available. Simply contact WestburyPines Resident to check for availability. We will then calculate your new weekly tier.
Q: Is my Lite Traffic Sky Shop allowed?
A: We only allow residential use for the parcels/homes in Westbury Pines Estates. No commercial/farming activity allowed.
Q: Are scripted pets allowed?
A: YES ✔ Read the covenant to be sure you fully understand the rules regarding Scripted pets i.e zooby, AIF, or "pet mode" breedables.

Q: Security to protect my home?
A: Your personal security orb (installed at your Estate) protects your entire parcel. As a Home Owner in Westbury Pines, you have full control. Be sure to read the included instructions given to you upon move-in
